In the third year, trainees will work alongside their Educational Supervisor within their practice for 12 months. They will integrate with the practice team, liaise with other healthcare and public service professionals, and become embedded in the local community. Trainees will have the opportunity to understand the impact of health inequalities through their patients and become fully equipped
to tackle them.
