Practices have been selected based upon their population needs, their inclusion health ethos and their trainers’ passion for education and addressing health inequalities. See below the list of GP practices that offer posts to our ST3 trainees.

Within your time in general practice, as both an ST2 and ST3, we hope you will gain experience with the innovative Focused Care group. Focused Care was developed by Hope Citadel Healthcare. Focused Care Practitioners work within a GP surgery, and with the practice team, to make invisible patients visible, and bring down barriers to universal services. They work together with the patient to unpick difficult and often chaotic situations, using local health and community contacts, aiming to bring stability, change and hope to individuals and families.
