ST2
In the second year, trainees will transition to general practice and also spend part of their week in a community care placement. These placements, known as GP+ posts or Integrated Training Posts (ITP), involve working alongside two Clinical Supervisors and the placement teams to help reduce the impact of poverty in their area. Trainees will continue to meet their Educational Supervisor on a monthly basis.
