GPST Training Programme.

Throughout the training journey, GP trainees are allocated to secondary, community, and primary care placements. Trainees rotate placements every six months during ST1 and ST2, and once during ST3, to gain the comprehensive experience needed. This ensures that trainees are well-prepared to be competent GPs, particularly in serving disadvantaged areas.
